Our expertise stems from the engrained belief that hands-on experience in both design and construction, when combined with strategic planning and management best practices, provides superior project coordination; reduced cost to the owner; and more timely project delivery. We have extensive experience with multiple project types including office, retail, hospitality and healthcare. Our staff and leadership include architects, interior designers, engineers, LEED professionals and field tested construction managers. Keenon Rayner AIA As identityBUILT's founder, Keenon embarked on the mission to offer clients single-source responsibility for both the design and construction of buildings. Keenon graduated from Texas Tech University with a Masters of Architecture in 1999. In addition to his proven design skills and project management ability, Keenon led identityARCHITECTS construction administration services for over ten years, obtaining keen insight that is engrained in the processes and work ethic of identityBUILT.
Dave Kastendieck A forty year career in the field of architecture provides Dave with a vast understanding of pricing, sequencing, methods and problem solving, making him invaluable to our clients in the planning and construction of a new facility. Dave graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Architecture in 1976. His project experience encompasses retail, health care, office, multi-family, restaurants, financial institutions, and various other commercial and institutional buildings.
